Detailed AEW Women’s Match Results From AEW Collision TV Tapings Last Night

AEW Collision results taped after AEW Dynamite in Rio Rancho, New Mexico on Wednesday, June 24, 2026 for airing on TNT on Saturday night: 

Excalibur, Tony Schiavone, and Nigel McGuinness were the broadcast team. Arkady Aura was the ring announcer.

CMLL Women’s World Champion Persephone pinned Billie Starkz with a Razor’s Powebomb in 9:19. Starkz did a swanton bomb off the broadcast table during the match onto Persephone who was laid out on the floor. Hikaru Shida ran in after the match and hit Persephone with the kendo stick from behind as she was celebrating the win. Shida then put her in a submission hold until Kris Statlander, Harley Cameron, and Queen Aminata made the save. 

Mercedes Mone and Athena defeated Maya World and Hyan when Athena pinned Hyan after the O-Face from the second rope in 14:54. Athena continued to attack Hyan afterwards as Mone arrogantly strutted around the ring after laying out World down on the floor. Mone then put Hyan in the Statement Maker while Athena held Hyan in a half crab at the same time. World recovered and got back into the ring. She kicked Athena out of the way and then gave another one to Mone. The heels rolled out to the floor and World gave them both a springboard Moonsault.

Both teams tried to go right after each other before the match and the referee had to get between them. They immediately brawled intensely as soon as the bell rang. The Owen Hart Cup Women’s Tournament Trophy was at ringside during this bout. Mone came out with the Cup Tournament Title belt and laid it by the trophy.  

AEW Women’s World Champion Thekla came out to the stage with Julia Hart and Skye Blue. Perhaps they were listening to some of the AEW Dynamite post-show podcasters before they came out because Thekla said “Everyone is saying that I’m the only one who is making Forbidden Door feel like Forbidden Door”. She said everyone else on the card seems to be “playing nice” with each other. 

Julia Hart spoke briefly and said everyone in The Triangle Of Madness will do things on their own time. Skye Blue announced she will face STARDOM’s Maika on the AEW Forbidden Door pre-show in a Survival Of The Fittest Qualifier Match.

Thekla ended the segment saying STARDOM, New Japan, CMLL, and AEW built the Forbidden Door but now they will watch in all burn. She knelt down with Hart and Blue standing behind her as fiery pyro went off.
