Detailed WWE Liverpool 5/28/26 Houseshow Results: WWE Undisputed Champion Cody Rhodes vs. Gunther In A Tables Match

WWE European Summer Tour houseshow results from Liverpool, UK at M&S Bank Arena on Thursday, May 28, 2026:

This is the first houseshow of this tour. It’s actually a “split tour”. This half will go from now until June 8. The company will return to the USA for a couple of episodes of Raw and SmackDown and then they go back to Europe again for events on June 20 to June 24. 

Lilian Garcia was the ring announcer.  

Charlotte Flair defeated Jacy Jayne (with Fallon Henley and Lainey Reid) by Disqualification when Henley and Reid got involved. Tiffany Stratton tried to make the save but the heels beat her up too. Rhea Ripley finally made the save to set up a 6-Man Tag Team Match next.  

Rhea Ripley, Charlotte Flair, and Tiffany Stratton defeated Fatal Influence (Jacy Jayne, Fallon Henley, and Lainey Reid) when Ripley pinned Jayne after a headbutt followed up by The RipTide. 

LA Knight pinned Dominik Mysterio after the BFT. 

Danhausen pinned The Miz after a pumpkick to the chest which caused The Miz to do a spit-take. 

Jacob Fatu pinned Solo Sikoa (with Talla Tonga) in a Street Fight after his Moonsault. Tonga got up on the ring and tried to interfere before the finish but Fatu threw a chair at him and knocked him down to the floor.  It looked like Fatu hurt himself doing the finisher. His knees landed roughly on the mat doing the Moonsault. He seemed a bit stunned and slow to get up after the match and he limped back to the locker room. 

Intermission 

Je’Von Evans pinned Ethan Page after the cutter. 

WWE United States Champion Trick Williams pinned Carmelo Hayes after the Trick Shot. 

WWE Undisputed Champion Cody Rhodes defeated Gunther in a Tables Match after giving him a Cross Rhodes and then throwing him into a table set up in the corner of the ring for the table to break.
