Women’s Wrestling Revolution+ Return Show 3/22/26 Results

This was the first WWR+ show since June 26, 2022. They are the sister group of Beyond Wrestling and both are owned by Drew Cordeiro. Cordeiro explained on his social media a few days ago that basically it became frustrating to book WWR+ events because so many female indie wrestlers were getting signed by WWE, AEW, etc. He said WWR+ decided to come back because of a new influx of talent around the Northwest region. He noted WWR+ could very well go on hiatus again if or when these newer generation of pro wrestlers end up getting major offers. He ended his post with a symbol of a repeating cycle.
Today’s show featured a tournament called the “Tournament For Tomorrow”. The event was part of a double header with Beyond Wrestling live on IWTV. The BW event starts at 7pm ET with an interesting match of Jonathan Gresham vs Mercedes Martinez.
Beyond Wrestling will also have their Rhode Island based Wrestling Open episode on Monday night live on IWTV with WWEID Men’s Champion Cappuccino defending against Starboy Charlie. The other Wrestling Open brand of BW is live each Thursday night on IWTV.
Joey T. and Brother Greatness were the broadcast team. Lauren St. James was the ring announcer.
Elle Valentine pinned Vile with a Northern Lights Suplex in 4:00. This was a pre-show match. The broadcast team said the winner of this match would be an alternate in case someone happened to get injured in the tournament.
Liviyah pinned Lady Leigh in a 1st Round Match after a Fisherman’s DDT in 5:39. She sold an injured arm during the match and the announcers questioned if she would be 100% going forward.
Corinne Joy pinned Amity Lavey after the Joy Ride snapmare driver in a 1st Round Match in 7:20.
Kylie Alexa pinned Rachel Ley after a snap suplex into the turnbuckles followed up by a running dropkick to Ley laying in the ring corner in a 1st Round Match in 8:20. Ley missed the Moonsault and then Alexa viciously went in for the finish. Ley’s chest was all red from Alexa’s chops during the match.
Lili Ruiz pinned Harleen Lopez after what looked like an Attitude Adjustment finisher in a 1st Round Match in 8:11.
Sammi Chaos came out to the ring to do an interview. She took the mic away from Lauren St. James. She was upset that she was another alternate in case someone got hurt in the tournament. She said she wanted to have a match and Jordan Blade came out to set one up.
Jordan Blade defeated Sammi Chaos by referee stoppage with a choke hold after suplexing her headfirst into the turnbuckles in 6:23. This was a non-tournament match. We couldn’t see if Chaos tapped out or not on camera, but the referee called for the bell to end it. The ring announcer and broadcast team did announce it as a submission.
Intermission
Kylie Alexa defeated Corinne Joy by submission with a Rings Of Saturn in a 2nd Round Match in 6:32.
Liviyah pinned Lili Ruiz by escaping the Attitude Adjustment attempt into a stacked cover in a 2nd Round Match in 4:39. Liviyah was still selling the sore arm.
WWEID Women's Champion Laynie Luck pinned Allie Katch after a DVD on the ring apron followed by a Shining Wizard in the ring and then another DVD in 18:11. WWR+ and both of the wrestlers did a great job on social media talking about their history together in the pro wrestling business. They started out together by wrestling against each other at first and then teaming together on various Texas indie shows in 2015. Their tag team name was The Blondetourage. Both were living in Texas but then they moved to the Midwest separately around the same time to wrestle and train in other places in hopes of making a name for themselves. They both debuted together in WWR+ in 2017.
Kylie Alexa pinned Liviyah after a running dropkick into the ring corner to win the WWR+ Tournament For Tomorrow Finals in 19:57. This was a star making performance from Alexa as the vicious bully heel the whole show. She demanded for Liviyah to shake her hand after the match. Liviyah reluctantly did it and then tried to walk back to the locker room. Alexa called her back over and also demanded that she raise her arm in victory. Alexa attacked her and gave her vicious elbow strikes to the injured arm and put her in the Rings Of Saturn. Laynie Luck and the other babyface wrestlers on the show ran in to make the save but Alexa ran out of the ring and up to the stage before any of them could catch her. Alexa’s right rib cage had three big noticeable scratches on it. They looked like rope burns but it could have happened as Liviyah gave her a suplex down on the floor during the match.
