Rain Conway pinned Danny Cabral after The Rainmaker in 5:11 in The Showcase Match.
They showed footage of Dustin Waller defeating Bear Bronson for the vacant Wrestling Open Title on Memorial Day. Bronson then immediately cashed in a title shot to pin Waller to win the title on that show.
Paul Crockett was the play by play announcer. Matthew James was the ring announcer.
Sammi Chaos pinned Liviyah after a spear followed by a World’s Strongest Slam in a Wrestling Open Women’s Title Tournament in 7:59.
TJ Crawford pinned All In Bayno after some ground and pound and then his finisher in 1:02.
Steven Stetson (with Bobby Casale) came out to do a promo. Stetson is half of the WO Tag Team Champions and next week he gets a title shot against Bear Bronson.
Steven Stetson pinned Mani Ariez after a lariat to the back of the head in 6:01. After the match, Stetson told Bobby Casale that Casale could be an official member of The Stetson Ranch if he wins his match next and more importantly if he helps him win the title next week. Casale took the mic and sternly asked what would happen if he didn’t help next week. Stetson said he would beat him up so bad that he’ll want to leave the wrestling business and never return.
Alex Reynolds pinned Bobby Casale after raking the eyes and illegally holding the tights when Steven Stetson ran out to ringside and distracted Casale as a “test” in 10:51.
Kylon King went to 15-Minute Time Limit Draw with Ichiban. The fans chanted “One More Minute!” but the referee would not allow it. King gave Ichiban a cheap shot slap as the referee tried to raise both of their arms after the match and then he quickly ran out of the ring to the locker room.
Rickey Shane Paige, Jake Gray, and Erik ChaCha defeated DJ Powers, BRG, and Oxx Adams when Gray pinned BRG with a crucifix in 12:18.
Paul Crockett said he received word in his headset that it will be Kylon King vs. Ichiban in a rematch for next week. He said the Time Limits have changed recently to 15-Minutes on these Thursday episodes. The Monday episodes of Wrestling Open are still 10-Minute Time Limits.
Kylie Alexa defeated Allie Katch by referee stoppage in a Wrestling Open Women’s Title Tournament Match in 19:21. Alexa exposed the bottom turnbuckle pad hoping Katch would hit it if she went for a cannonball. The referee caught her and tried to repair the pad. Alexa then ran out of the ring and grabbed a wrench from under the ring and hit Katch with it to knock her out. She then put her in a Rings Of Saturn. The referee turned around from over in the ring corner and signled to stop the match. Katch was on AEW Dynamite on TBS last night in Philly teaming with Ava Everett in a loss to Tay Melo and Anna Jay.
Next week in the tournament it’s Kylie Alexa vs. Jordan Blade and Sammi Chaos vs. Gabby Forza.
